Private Yoga Session with Sasha Aya
A customized flow created specifically to your personal practice and in the comfort of your home or our wellness studio (Sobe).
We will start with a breathwork routine to begin your session, which you can utilize anytime and anywhere to assist with anxiety, worry, and stress.
Following, we incorporate movement with that breathwork and develop a sequence to work areas of the body and muscles groups that you are concerned about and want to build up and strengthen.
Finally, we end our session with a Cardio Blast and Cool Down to prepare our bodies for final relaxation pose, Savasana.
